Svarga Griha (CGCP Saathi)
Welcome to CGCP Saathi, the operating platform for Geriatric Care Training Centers. By deploying this software, creating coordinator accounts, or submitting trainee registrations, you agree to these Terms and Conditions set forth by "Svarga Griha", a registered sole proprietorship in Karnataka (managed by proprietor Mrs. Srinivasa Navya).
Governing Law
Subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Claim Disclaimers
Invoicing calculations are operational guides; actual funding is subject to auditor approvals.
Tenant Liabilities
Tenants are responsible for credential security and data input accuracy.
1. SaaS License & Scope of Use
CGCP Saathi grants training institutions (the "Tenant") a non-transferable, revocable license to access the SaaS environment. The service limits are bound by subscription tiers:
- Batch & Intake Limits: Adherence to assigned Batch sizes, enrollment thresholds, and center location limits defined in the active Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Tenant Isolation & Security Covenants: The platform operates a logically segregated multi-tenant database. The Tenant is strictly responsible for preventing unauthorized cross-tenant spoofing and maintaining strict credential hygiene across all Coordinator and Master Trainer accounts.
- Data Localization Consent: By using the system, the Tenant explicitly consents that all student identity records (including Aadhar and academic uploads) are processed and physically stored on cloud servers located in the territory of India (Bengaluru/Mumbai regions).
- Role Hierarchy Accountability: Principal, Coordinator, and Master Trainer roles carry custom permissions boundaries. The Tenant shall only delegate system coordinator controls to verified employees.
2. Invoicing, Claims, & Compliance Disclaimers
The platform includes an automated claims invoicing tool that checks pre-claim compliance indicators (batch size target matching, orientation logs submission, hospital OJT permission status, grading metrics):
- Tranche Calculations: Estimates are calculated at 50% for Tranche 1 (post-start compliance) and 50% for Tranche 2 (post-completion compliance) as an administrative tool for center management.
- NO Government Funding Guarantee: Svarga Griha is a private technology service provider. We do NOT guarantee actual government disbursement, claim sanctioning, or audit passing by the NISD or MoU agencies. The Tenant remains solely responsible for funding contracts.
- Submission Guardrails: System settings prevent dual-claiming of tranches. Once a tranche is marked claimed, modifications are disabled.
3. Diagnostics Tracker & Clinical Responsibilities
Trainees use the patient performa interface to document daily vitals, sugar checks, care plans, and ward parameters:
This diagnostic logbook is intended for training documentation and caregiver performance mapping only. It does not replace professional hospital electronic health records (EHR) and must not be used to direct actual medical therapy without licensed nurse or physician oversight. Master Trainers must verify observations prior to digital signature remarks.
4. Intellectual Property
The SaaS environment, compilation algorithms, duplicate matching filters, custom PDF/print-optimized CSS styling, and dashboard features are the exclusive property of Svarga Griha. No reverse engineering, scraping, or source redistribution is permitted.
5. Termination & Dispute Resolution
Svarga Griha reserves the right to suspend Tenant accounts in case of billing defaults, duplicate registration fraud, or misuse of trainee profile storage.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any litigation, dispute, or claim arising from SaaS operations shall be filed exclusively in the competent courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
