Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

As a B2B SaaS platform, CGCP Saathi subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual cycle. Tenants may cancel their subscription at any time directly through the Billing settings of their Coordinator Admin Panel or by emailing support.

Upon cancellation, access to premium batch reports, invoice compliance tools, and active student databases will remain available until the end of the current paid billing cycle, after which the account will downgrade to read-only status.

2. No Trial & Non-Refundable Fees

We do not offer a trial period for B2B subscription licenses. All sales and setup fees paid to "Svarga Griha" for CGCP Saathi platform activation are strictly non-refundable.

Tenants are encouraged to request a live screen-share demo with our solutions engineering team prior to initiating payment configurations.

3. Failed or Duplicate Transactions

In the event of double billing or failed payments where the amount is debited but credentials are not activated, the duplicate transaction will be identified automatically.

All duplicate or failed transaction refunds are initiated instantly and will credit back to the original source payment method (card, UPI, net banking) within 5 to 7 working days, subject to your banking partner's clearing cycles.

4. Settlement Currency

All billing and refunds are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to Indian GST guidelines.
