1. Nature of Delivery
CGCP Saathi is a cloud-based B2B Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) application. There are no physical products shipped or dispatched.
2. Fulfillment & Workspace Delivery Timeline
Custom subdomain isolation workspaces, database schemas, and administrative control credentials take up to 7 working days to configure and activate.
Credentials and access links will be delivered securely to the Coordinator's registered email address upon final setup completion. If your custom domain mapping or batch data import is delayed beyond 7 working days, contact our onboarding support desk.
3. Physical Deliveries & Paper Logs
CGCP Saathi supports formatting print-ready A4 templates, allowing training centers to download compliance dossiers and print them locally. No printed paper files or biometric readers are shipped to physical centers by Svarga Griha unless custom hardware options are negotiated under separate orders.
